The Jacksonville Compensation Association, Inc. (JCA) is a not-for-profit organization existing to provide a network for compensation professionals in the Jacksonville, Florida area. The organization hosts bi-monthly luncheon meetings, with speakers on pertinent and timely topics of interest to compensation and benefits professionals. The luncheon meetings are free to members whose dues are paid up for the year.
